Phil and I would like to Thank you all for providing the perfect venue for Chris’s 21st. The food was perfect, the choice of beers and wine were perfect and the Cake cutting was expert. Chris’s mates mentioned that they were able to get their drinks quickly and they had so much fun. The follow up meetings prior to the event to discuss the night were efficient and everyone involved on the night helped make the night run smoothly. The photos look great and the venue looked so stylish.

We have sent out a survey to those that attended the function and the feedback was great. In terms of what they thought was the best part of the night - venue as well as food and drinks were in the top three responses.

Firstly, thanks for all the work that you guys put in last Thursday. Everything went off exceptionally well and initial feedback has been very well received. I’d also like to give a big thanks to the 2 ladies behind the bar who were very diligent and helped me out heaps with the microphone and a few other things.
Last night was the best night ever.
Where do I begin:
The room was amazing and better than we could have imagined.
The floor and bar staff were great and very attentive towards our guests.
The food was absolutely fantastic and all compliments to the chefs and all kitchen staff on the night.
Special thanks to Shaun, Bianca, Mel and Barbara for making the day as special as it could have been.

I really liked the venue – prefer it to our other venue. Food was excellent – tasty and plenty of it and also good variety of choices, good natural light from surrounding windows and the room setting/format was ideal for us.
Location is excellent – a brief walk from here.

I just wanted to thank you and your team for putting on an amazing night for us last Friday. This was our 6th year hosting our Trivia at The Metropolitan Hotel and was one of the best we have had.
The staff on the night were so great to deal with, especially Shannon who I have dealt with the last few years. She is amazing and really made the night easy from my end.
I did receive particular feed back from our guests that the food was extra delicious and they were very impressed that every meal came out hot. Can you please pass my thanks on to the chefs for a wonderful job.
Lastly, I would really like to thank you for all that you did to make the whole event run as smoothly as possible. You were an absolute delight to deal with and I love how organised you are. I have dealt with a lot of function managers over the years at many different venues and you are one of a kind. You were prompt with all replies and were able to meet my every need and annoying changes towards the end. You really made the whole process super easy. The Metropolitan is lucky to have you.
